We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist to program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC and manual machine tools for the manufacturing of precision gears and components. In this role, you will develop efficient machining programs, produce high-quality parts, troubleshoot machining issues, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other machine tools.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T.
+ Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for quality and efficiency.
+ Select tooling, establish speeds and feeds, and verify machine setups.
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.
