Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our clients team in a first-shift, salaried role. This position is primarily focused on programming CNC lathes, with some milling responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate has strong CAM programming experience and is comfortable supporting production in a precision machining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs primarily for lathe operations (2-axis and/or multi-axis)


  • Support milling operations as needed


  • Create programs using CAM software and ensure accurate post-processing


  • Interpret blueprints and CAD models, applying GD&T principles


  • Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and establish efficient machining strategies
