CNC Programmer/ Machinist

Job Description:

• Create CNC milling programs for precision machining.
• Interpret CAD/CAM drawings and convert them into CNC machine code.
• Set up and test programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with machinists and toolmakers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Optimize machining parameters for cycle time and tool life improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical vocational course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming using MasterCAM, Fusion 360, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge in tooling selection, feeds and speeds, and machine setup.
• Can read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
• Hands-on CNC operation experience is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in CNC Milling Coventional machine
• With experience or familiar in Jigs and Fixtures (clamps & inserts) for Semiconductor
