Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

· Develop CNC programming for manufacturing processes.

· Require hands-on CNC practical knowledge and experience.

· Tooling Design Capability: Ability to design tooling components is a plus.

· Plastic Tooling Design: Experience in plastic tooling design is an advantage.

· CAD Modelling: Proficiency in creating detailed 2D and 3D models using CAD software (plus point).

Project Planning:

· Estimate project timelines and budgets.

· Collaborate with engineers and other departments to ensure designs are feasible and efficient.

Quality Assurance:

· Perform design rule checks and validate designs.

· Modify and revise designs to correct deficiencies or enhance production quality.

Documentation:

· Maintain detailed records of all design drafts and revisions.
