Position Title: CNC Plasma Table Operator (5-Axis) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour 1 st shift (5AM-1:30PM) Job Summary The CNC Plasma Table Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a large-format 40' CNC plasma cutting table equipped with a 5-axis cutting head. This position produces precision-cut parts from carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum plate up to 3 thick while maintaining quality standards, production schedules, and workplace safety. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor 40' CNC plasma cutting table with 5-axis torch. Load and unload steel plate using overhead crane or forklift. Verify material type, thickness, and heat numbers per job traveler or print. Load CNC programs and confirm correct parameters (amperage, gas, speeds, kerf, bevel angles).
