+ Set up CNC machines for production runs
+ Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and changeovers
+ Operate CNC equipment to meet daily production schedules
+ Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues
+ Inspect parts and maintain quality standards throughout production
+ Make minor program edits as needed
+ Support team leads with productivity and process improvement initiatives
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 6S standards
**Qualifications**
+ Previous hands-on CNC machining experience required
+ Experience with CNC production equipment, setups, and troubleshooting
+ Ability to use measuring tools and inspect parts for quality
+ Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
