**Job Title: CNC Operator**
**Job Description**
The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce quality parts according to customer specifications and production requirements. This position will perform machine operation, inspections, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC equipment to manufacture parts within specified tolerances.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
+ Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs.
+ Conduct tool changes and make minor machine adjustments as needed.
+ Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Follow all company safety and quality standards.
