**Job Title: CNC Operator – 1st Shift** **Job Description**
This role focuses on operating CNC Haas mills and lathes in a collaborative, relaxed shop environment. You will primarily run CNC machines, but you will also support other areas of the shop as needed, including light assembly, bagging and packaging parts, and general labor tasks. The position offers a flexible 1st shift start time, as long as you complete a 40-hour workweek, and requires a positive attitude and strong teamwork.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC Haas mills and lathes safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the shift.
+ Monitor CNC machines during operation to ensure parts meet quality and specification requirements.
+ Perform basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain consistent part quality.
+ Support other shop functions, including assembly, bagging, and packaging of parts when required.
+ Assist with general labor tasks around the shop to keep production flowing...
