CNC Operator position available in the Dexter, Michigan area working at our client location who is a growing manufacturer.

Contract to hire opportunity with a pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 an hour plus $2.00 per hour shift premium. DOE. Night shift position. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday–Friday. OT may be required. The CNC operator will operate and maintain CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts while meeting production standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities for the CNC Operator position:

-Set up and operate CNC lathes 

-Maintain production levels and ensure part quality.

-Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, stocking materials).

-Change tools, drills, and inserts as needed.

-Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
