**Job Description**
This role involves operating and progressively learning to set up proprietary multi-axis CNC grinders in a precision manufacturing environment. You will work with advanced equipment to produce high-quality components to very tight tolerances, while participating in structured apprenticeship and training programs that support your development from entry-level through advanced operator levels.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate multi-axis CNC grinders and related CNC equipment according to established procedures and safety standards.
+ Set up CNC grinders for production runs, including loading programs, selecting appropriate tooling, and configuring machine parameters as training progresses.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet specification and tight tolerance requirements.
