- Overall management of production line
- CNC Machine operating skills of VMC(3Axis,4axis,5axis),HMC,Turn Mill centre, Mill Turn Centre.
- Good technical skills in Part setting in various CNC machine
- Good cutting tool Knowledge and usage of cutting parameters based on Material.
- Good Knowledge on GD&T.
- Execution of Monthly, Weekly Production Plans
- First sample development and FAI Approval
- Rejection control, initiations of actions on non-conformances
- Prepare forecast, control over materials to meet production requirements
- Initiate plan and action to increase productivity.
- Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages
- NCR Closure for rejection parts
- 5S maintain activity
