Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC milling machines with 3, 4, and 5 axis capabilities using FANUC controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to program CNC machines via AutoCAD.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain precise dimensions and tolerances.
