**Job Title: CNC Mill Operator** **Job Description**
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate CNC and conventional machines to fabricate precision parts. This role involves loading parts, running production lots, monitoring machine operations, and ensuring quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC machining centers and run production lots
+ Inspect and monitor parts during production
+ Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances
+ Ensure quality standards and production targets are met
+ Deburr and blend machined parts
+ Perform daily machine maintenance, including fluid levels, chip removal, and cleaning
+ Maintain accurate paperwork and an organized work area
+ Adhere to attendance and safety requirements

**Essential Skills**
