CNC Mill Machinist

Manda Machine Company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to join our milling department. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands process discipline, and values a clean, organized, and quality-driven shop.

We are a stable aerospace and defense machine shop focused on tight-tolerance machining, consistency, and doing the job right the first time.

This is a hands-on role for experienced CNC machinists-not production operators. Applicants should be comfortable independently setting up and running CNC mills, making offsets, troubleshooting issues, and inspecting parts to print.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC milling experience

Strong setup experience on CNC mills

Experience operating 3-axis, 3+2, and/or 5-axis CNC mills

Strong understanding of G-code fundamentals
