**CNC Mill Machinist**
Join a growing manufacturing team producing precision-machined components for industrial equipment. This role involves setting up and operating CNC mills, reading blueprints, performing inspections, making machine adjustments, and troubleshooting machining issues to ensure quality production.
**What We're Looking For**
+ CNC mill setup and operation experience (Haas, Milltronics, or similar)
+ Blueprint reading and inspection skills
+ Ability to perform setups, tooling changes, and offsets
+ Basic CNC program editing and troubleshooting
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
