Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up CNC machines for production of precision parts
  • Interpret technical blueprints and designs to understand the specifications and requirements of a part
  • Program CNC machines, input the design specifications and to ensure that the machines perform as required
  • Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure smooth and efficient operation
  • Use precision tools (Auto vision system or Electronic Overlay) to measure and inspect finished parts to verify compliance with specifications
  • Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials to the machines
  • Adjust machines settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
  • Maintain record of processes, tool usage, and production output
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
