Located at a modern and temperature-controlled site in New Albany, IN, you’ll work alongside a skilled team—many with 20+ years’ experience—producing high-quality, precision products. **Shifts & Pay $21-$35 DOE**
+ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
+ **2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
+ **3rd Shift:** Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine parts to close tolerances, interpreting blueprints and process instructions.
+ Select and measure raw materials to prepare for production processing.
+ Adjust and edit feeds, speeds, and offsets; modify G code programs and troubleshoot issues.
