**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating a 5-axis CNC mill to produce precision components with tight tolerances. You will perform regular machine set-ups, run production parts, and complete detailed inspections and documentation to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards are consistently met.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate a 5-axis CNC mill, ensuring all tooling, fixtures, and programs are correctly installed and aligned.
+ Perform 2–3 machine set-ups per week, or longer production runs with approximately one set-up per week, depending on job requirements.
+ Review daily work instructions to determine the parts and jobs scheduled for production and plan set-ups accordingly.
