**Job Description**
Seeking a skilled CNC machinist to support production of high-quality, tight-tolerance components used in aerospace and defense applications. This role is responsible for machine setup, operation, and inspection while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and set up 3-5 axis CNC mills/lathes to produce correct parts in a timely manner.
+ Perform job setups on assigned machines, including tool changes.
+ Conduct first piece, in-process, and last piece inspections using micrometers, calipers, comparators, various gauges, and CMM equipment.
+ Perform data collection and communication tasks using Job Boss and other applications.
+ Carry out operator maintenance, diagnosing and correcting equipment or tool issues.
