We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with setting up and operating conventional CNC mills and lathes, interpreting blueprints and engineering plans, and maintaining high standards of quality assurance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, and machining parameters.
+ Set up conventional CNC mills and lathes by installing and adjusting necessary components such as chucks, tools, and attachments.
+ Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting operations, taking measurements, and troubleshooting processes.
+ Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces.
+ Use machine controls to retrieve programs from the network.
+ Change cutting tools and workpiece locations during machining as specified in setup instructions.
