CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup & Preparation Review work orders, drawings, specifications, and machining instructions. Select appropriate machine tools, fixtures, and cutting tools. Set up machines for specific jobs and production runs. Perform machine adjustments and alignments. Verify tooling condition and suitability. Ensure material and equipment availability before commencing work. Machining Operations Operate conventional and/or CNC machine tools safely and efficiently. Machine components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Perform turning, milling, drilling, boring, threading, grinding, and related machining operations. Achieve specified tolerances, finishes, and dimensional requirements. Monitor machine performance during operations. Adjust machining parameters as required.
