Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to machine large, custom components in a job shop environment. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive on machining complex, one-off parts rather than repetitive production work. The successful candidate will have strong setup and machining experience and be proficient in Mastercam programming, as this is a critical part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC vertical mills and horizontal/vertical lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Determine tooling, workholding, and machine setups for large, custom components.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software for 2D, 3-axis milling, and 2-axis turning operations.
