**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
The CNC Machine Operator sets up, operates, and tears down CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts in a machining and assembly environment. You will perform tool changes, interpret blueprints and drawings, use precision measuring instruments, and inspect your own work to ensure parts meet specifications. You will also perform minor machine maintenance, with training provided as needed, while contributing to a clean, efficient, and safety-focused production floor.

+ Set up CNC machines (mills and lathes) for production, including selecting and installing appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding.
+ Perform tool changes on CNC mills and lathes as required by each job or production run.
