Job Description Job Description Our client, a manufacturer of high-quality industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature controls, is seeking an experienced CNC Lead to join their team on 2nd Shift.
Pay range: $25-$35/hr. (depending on experience) (2nd shift has a 15% shift differential)
As the CNC Lead, you will provide daily leadership to CNC machining operations by overseeing operators, coordinating workflow, ensuring part quality, and maintaining safe and efficient machining practices. You will drive production performance through effective communication, equipment oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.
