CNC Lathe Machinist – Lead Hand

We are looking for Lead Hand for our Turning Department . We are a growing job-shop environment specializing in custom, precision-machined components across a wide range of industries.

This is not an entry-level role . We need someone who can hit the ground running, problem-solve independently, and take full ownership of their machine and production personnel under their supervision. Typical run are from 1 part to 25 parts. Setup for high volume runs and instruct and aid machine operators during production runs.

This position is open only to candidates who are currently legally eligible to work in Canada. No work permit sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up and operate Fanuc-based CNC lathes - 2 to 8 axis
• Run custom and production parts
