CNC Lathe Machinist

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team at Gah Hong Precision Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan machining process, develop CNC program and setting instructions
• To analyses and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.
• To propose technical improvement on process, method and speed to meet company standard.
• To control the highest quality of products produced.
• Analyze rejection rate and machine downtime, trouble-shoot and offer alternative processes to resolve quality issue.
• Provide technical support for machines and process to operate at optimum condition during production.
