**Job Description**
The CNC Laser Operator sets up, programs, operates, and maintains CNC laser cutting equipment to cut sheet and stainless metal according to blueprints and work orders. This role combines hands-on machine operation with technical programming, quality inspection, and routine maintenance to ensure precise, high-quality parts are produced safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering plans, work orders, and technical drawings to determine precise cutting instructions and job requirements.
+ Program the CNC laser machine using CAM software and relevant programming languages (such as G-code) to create and load cutting programs.
+ Set up CNC laser equipment, including configuring machine parameters, adjusting lenses, securing and loading materials, and preparing tools for production.
