CNC & Fabrication Lead

To meet the growing demand for our product we’re looking for a CNC & Fabrication Lead to take ownership of production flow across a wide range of advanced CNC technologies, lead a team of operators and team leads, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and throughput.

This role is ideal for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on the floor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast‑paced CNC and fabrication environment.
