Summary:
Performs selected nursing and general support functions to contribute to timely and effective care of residents.
Essential Responsibilities: Provides and assists residents with daily and periodic personal care needs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Provides for nutrition and elimination needs of the residents under the supervision of the licensed nursing staff. Performs specific procedures according to the residents care plan as instructed by the licensed nursing staff. Contributes to the effective communication and efficient functioning of the assigned unit. Contributes to the achievement of a high level of personal, quality service to promote quality of life for residents of Middlewoods of Newington.
