CMS Content Specialist

Position Description

• Coordinates with Section Head/Technical Team Lead for task assignments, support and other media development-related instructions and content management.
• Provides user support and may suggest systems and process improvements.
• Occasionally, takes the initiative in ensuring movement of the phases of the projects assigned to him.

• Knowledgeable in different CMS platforms including (but not limited to) Coremedia, Strapi, Drupal, or Wordpress to adopt digital strategies/approach for business, products and marketing
• Evaluates request for new or modified program to determine feasibility, time required, compatibility and dependency with current system(s).
• Consults with Technical/Team Leader to clarify project / initiative objectives.
