CMM Operation & Programming; Dimensional Inspection & Reporting; Equipment Maintenance & Calibration; Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement;

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant technical certificate preferred; 3+ years of CMM operation/programming experience in automotive manufacturing; Proficient in PC-DMIS; familiarity with Calypso preferred; experience with PolyWorks, ATOS/GOM is a plus; Solid knowledge of GD&T; ability to proficiently read mechanical drawings and blueprints; Proficient with conventional precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.; Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration; Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime (including weekends and holidays); experience in automotive parts industry preferred.
