The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and generating CMM programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components, ensureing all parts meet quality standards required in the aerospace and defense sectors. Work directly with Quality Engineering resources to determine inspection criteria and best practice inspection techniques. Operate measurement equipment to perform machine trials on newly developed part programs and prepare them for machine readiness.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • **Program Development:**Create, execute, and run programs on Zeiss CMM machines using their Calypso software.

  • **Inspection Criteria:**Review blueprints and specifications to establish inspection criteria in accordance with best practices.
