CMM PROGRAMMER (VALVES)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform precision inspection (CMM or surface plate) verification on mechanical parts, components, assemblies and materials (may include but is not limited to first article parts, in-process and final inspection on assemblies, and materials for workmanship and conformance to specifications/drawings)

  • Understand GD&T requirements as applied to the engineering drawing and drawing notes

  • Spot interpretation issues as applied to dimensions written or evaluation to requirements

  • Select and utilize standard gauges to ensure quality. Inspect feature tolerances by selecting the tool with the required accuracy...
