**Job Title: CMM Programmer** **Job Description**
The CMM Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing CMM inspection programs used to inspect materials, tooling, and manufactured parts for compliance with engineering drawings and quality requirements. This includes inspection of parts, fixtures, jigs, cutting tools, drills, taps, and related components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), surface table layouts, bench setups, and specialized gauges.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop, maintain, and execute CMM inspection programs to support dimensional verification of manufactured parts.
+ Perform dimensional and visual inspection using CMM and conventional inspection equipment.
+ Program, set up, and inspect parts using Zeiss DB Series CMM and Calypso software.
+ Conduct surface table layouts and utilize precision inspection tools.
+ Interpret mechanical drawings including GD&T per ANSI Y14.5.
