CMF Designer - Bikes & Outdoor Equipment

Mission

Define how it looks, feels, ages, and connects emotionally. You will own CMF across categories, ensuring a coherent, harmonious and high‑value visual language from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

Lead CMF from idea → production across multiple categories.

• Define colour, material, finish direction across helmets, goggles and eyewear with a supporting role for bikes, bike components, bike accessories and skis.
• Translate trend research + brand strategy into executable CMF concepts.
• Partner with graphic designers to develop material palettes, colourways, textures, and surface treatments for production.
• Build and manage CMF libraries, standards, and seasonal narratives.
• Drive prototyping, validation, and production approvals with factories/suppliers including regular factory travel.
