A leading biotechnology firm in Bubendorf, Switzerland is seeking an experienced CMC Project Leader (f/m/d) to manage interdisciplinary project teams in Chemical R&D and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a scientific field and at least 5 years of project management experience in a CMO or Pharma environment. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical processes are essential. English proficiency is required, German is a plus.
