Position: Cluster Manager / ASM – FOS Annual Package- 8-10 LPA Reporting To: Sales Manager Experience Required: 2+ years (team handling experience mandatory) Qualification: Post Graduation (mandatory) Location: Delhi NCR No. of position: 1
Role Objective: To lead and manage a team of Field Sales Officers (FOS) to drive SME loan sourcing, disbursement targets, and maintain portfolio quality within the assigned location.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 5 FOS executives.
Drive the team to meet monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
Conduct daily field planning, beat mapping, and productivity reviews.
Develop local DSA, connector, and referral networks.
Ensure adherence to credit policies and documentation standards.
