Role Overview The Cluster Manager is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining business hygiene across all branches within the assigned cluster. The role requires a high-performing professional capable of leading teams, achieving aggressive AUM targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
