Job Description

* Lead, train, and manage a team of Business Development Executives within assigned clusters.* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.* Identify and build relationships with key institutional and B2C clients.* Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and support.* Conduct field visits and joint calls with the sales team to ensure effective client engagement.* Ensure brand visibility and product placement across retail and institutional channels.* Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.* Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.* Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review
