Cluster Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Cluster Manager to manage operations across 200+ EV stations within the assigned cluster. The role demands strong leadership, operational planning, vendor governance, and analytical skills to ensure uptime, cost efficiency, asset accountability, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Uptime & SLA Management: Ensure QIS and Broadband uptime as per defined

targets across all sites within the cluster.

•Drive continuous improvement in SLA compliance and proactively resolve network performance issues.

•Preventive Maintenance & Site Health: Ensure monthly site visits and timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM) by vendors.

•Monitor and track repair, replacement, and refurbishment activities to avoid operational disruptions.

•Publish a monthly Health Tracker for all deployed assets in the cluster.
