Cluster IT Support Technician £22,000 to £24,000 Reading | Permanent

Code Red are representing a client that is looking for a IT Support Technician to travel and support schools within the academy trust in Reading

  • Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
  • Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specification
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
  • Good knowledge of IT Security solutions.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy Management
  • Office 365 Administration

    • Please not you will need to have full right to work in the UK due to undergoing DBS checks. You will also need to have a full UK driving license to travel to the different sites.
