Role Description

The Sales and Operations Cluster Head (SOCH) is responsible for overseeing both operational efficiency and sales performance within the assigned business unit. In addition, the SOC Head will work closely with Branch OICs/Branch Managers to ensure standard operational procedures are followed and to increase branch sales productivity.

Furthermore, the SOC Head, together with the Branch OIC/Branch Manager, is accountable for achieving and continuously improving branch sales targets while maintaining operational excellence across all branches under their supervision.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managerial experience with operations management, preferably in a multi-branch or multi-department environment. <...
