To champion the sales discipline within the team by leading sales effort from the front and by setting an example in term of attitude, organization, effort, and sales technique to fully implement the Hyatt International sales cycle in a structured and coherent manner. To measure, interpret, prioritize and evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition, development and retention activities to re-evaluate programs on an ongoing base to achieve / exceed the objectives as outlined in the Annual Marketing and Business Plan
