Club Service Coordinator

About the Role

As the club service coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and vibrant community for our residents.

Working closely with our internal teams, you will coordinate and deliver engaging club services programs and services that reflect the interests and preferences of our residents, You will be proactively promoting available services, identifying opportunities to increase participation and driving sustainable service uptake that enhances the overall resident experience.

This is a diverse role that combines customer experience, lifestyle coordination and the development of new service offerings, with strong relationship management being key to success.
