Club Manager

Years of experience required: Proven experience of 10-12 years in facility management or club operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Facility Management • Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas (gym floor, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc.). • Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades. • Ensure all equipment is in working order and regularly serviced. • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols Club Operations • Manage day-to-day club operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness staff. • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high operational efficiency. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals. • Manage inventory and procurement for club supplies and consumables.
