The Role

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a sales team
  • Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
  • Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
  • Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
  • Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members

  • Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
  • Have extensive club management experience (essential)
  • Be results driven
  • Have experience managing staff and budgets
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
