Cloud Systems Engineer II

Overview

The Cloud Systems Engineer II is accountable for the delivery of LexisNexis Legal & Professional GTO/RETS services supporting an application portfolio (Lexis and Lexis Plus) and other services within the New Lexis Platform. The Cloud Systems Engineer II is responsible for the service availability, quality, performance and cost of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering)
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in IT industry or related field
• Knowledgeable in cloud services and technologies and implementation (AWS, Kubernetes and Azure and others)
• Knowledgeable and ability to interpret and correlate issues using cloud application performance monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, New Relic, Datadog and alike)
• Knowledgeable in Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery - CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory and alike)
