Cloud Support Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Application Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based applications running on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure monitoring, incident management, performance tuning, and production support, with the ability to work in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, performance, and availability using Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
• Act as the first line of defense for production incidents, service disruptions, and outages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks across web applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure components.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
