Job Description

Position: Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Diliman, Quezon City
Shift: Day Shift 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM (open for daily 1-hour OT if needed) - Weekends off
Salary: PHP 60,000 – 70,000 + benefits including HMO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience supporting cloud, data, or infrastructure environments
  • Exposure to Informatica or any ETL tools is a plus
  • Basic to working knowledge of databases and SQL queries
  • Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure is an advantage

General Responsibilities

Provide daily support for cloud data platforms by monitoring systems, assisting with ETL and database operations, and resolving basic issues. Work with teammates to keep environments stable, follow standards, learn new skills, and maintain healthy work life balance.
