SHIFT TIMES: 9 AM to 6 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday

  • with possibility of covering UK and US shift as required
  • Public Holidays may also be on-call, as required
As a CloudSupport Engineer , you’ll provide hands‑on technical support in a healthcare environment, working closely with experienced engineers to build skills across cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise IT support. This is a remote role with rotating shifts to support UK and Australian operations, including scheduled weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second‑level IT support via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when required
  • Monitor and support cloud infrastructure, backups, and system performance
